All there is, is duality, and paradoxes.  If you embrace the quiet which others fear to sit with; then you will find yourself. Speak staight facts, and honesty. Use your language with surgical precision, . When you sit with the silence, but the forge of understanding. You are only as strong as the sum of all your parts.  Try to get to know yourself.  You might be stronger than you think. Don’t rely on others to complete you. Rely on those who have proven themselves, .and beyond that trust your insticts, soley.
