What is happiness?
Happiness is an feeling… You feel things every day, and your feelings are a sort of motivation to behave in a certain manner. Agression is a hostile emotion, it makes you distrupt and act in opposition to things around you, or even within you. Happiness is a pleasant emotion, and it wants you to keep doing what you are doing… When you feel happiness is when you are doing things the right way, and everything is going your way. It is the best feeling in the world, because when you feel happy, whatever you are doing at that moment provides you satisfaction. Happiness abides.
Make happiness your habit
Happiness is intoxicating! It should be your habit to be happy, but sometimes it can be hard to find happiness in the present moment. Say you’re depressed and you just don’t know how to feel happiness, you must force yourself to do the things that your ideal self would find happiness. I see myself as an outdoorsy sort of guy, so I like to go fishing because I like the idea of being that guy who finds tranquil enjoyment out of being alone fishing.
Abide, and stay tranquil!
Keep going, it hurts a lot at first, but you can see yourself finding the enjoyment and bliss very easily if you just keep going through the bad parts. You will feel depressed if you settle for mediocre pleasure, and you have to go for the big pleasure. Aim big! Stay happy, and be the person you feel like you should be. If you are depressed, chances are you are just trying to stay content with mediocre pleasures.
Have fun with it!
Be playful, you will find patience and attainment through repetition. You make good habits and stick to them, and if you just can’t bare it: don’t ever give up. Find something you truly find beautiful, and be with that thing. Make it a part of your personality, so your person beams with beauty and truth. Just be happy! Find your path through the jungle using your wits. A little intuition goes a long way.
