Why is life boring?
Life is boring because nothing in particular happens. You want a cheap thrill, you can do plenty of things that will give you a short lived sense of satisfaction. Most people seek some form of cheap thrill to get through the day and they are always balancing between a natural lifestyle and just wasting time. For some people they seek negativity, which is very sexy and attractive and makes life a bit more exciting. Other people may seek positive cheap thrills, like being lazy or obsessing about things. Everyone seeks some form of cheap thrill.
How to live easy…
Life just happens, no matter what you do, and while it is difficult to live life always behaving according to expectation and doing what little you can, giving it your all even when you are exhausted and dealing with complicated negaitve emotions it is rewarding. You start to see a new way, living easy, living with no big ups and downs but just going about your day making it a habit to deal with the existential dread, and overwhelming sense of boredom and seemingly stagnant life with very slow progress. Living easy is possible!
How to achieve it!
You need to be dilligent and never compromise your standard but work through your emotions, become predictable. Be the same person every day and keep grinding for small gains. Because nothing big comes except through incremental gains. It is difficult as hell, but rewarding at times, other times it seems hopeless. You are your own worst enemy!
Enjoy your life or get lost!
Easy Living is difficult precicely because there is no challenges in it. Everything just sort of goes on its own and you have to keep entertained by your only your own imagination and creativity. Nothing interesting happens which is why it is so difficult. You can live any sort of way and achieve results but living life always doing what you should leaves you in a stagnant situation, nothing ever changes, you only get the satisfaction of the person you are, and the entertainment you can create with yourself.
Where do I begin?
Begin by introducing some healthy habits that you want to develop and have in your life and try to endure the negative emotions that comes with doing something you enjoy intelectually, but get no immediate reward or dopamine hit from doing. Just live your life, a day at a time, getting gradually better. Enjoy.
