Life is not a competition, but if it were..
There’s no way to be competing with others, without seeming like you’re insecure. But still. If you’re having some areas where you’re doing okay, make sure to value that. Say you’re a bit bummy, and maybe a bit scared, but still though, you seem to get enough meals. You’re not starving, right? There’s no law in society saying you have to value looks, money, status, that’s only what most value. You have a decision as to what you personally value. If you want to be the biggest most bummy low life, they can’t stop you doing that.
Think this way if you’re scared
There’s someone else who’s been in this situation without stressing. That could be you? Right? There’s just no way to completely numb out all fear. You try to do it natural and keep calm. Cause, the thing is, if you’re really stressing out, that’s mostly in your head. Something that’s in your head don’t need to be in reality, so try to maintain level headed rationality.
Maintain and keep going. Nothing can really stand in your way if you know the approach, so even if the approach is wrong, at least there’s an attempt. You usually have some choices, and you don’t exactly have to completely follow the crowd. Sometimes it’s better to fail miserable with maximum effort. At least I think that way, it’s kind of nice. Try to think positive, right?
How can I provide for me and myself
In society we get provided with options, we can decide to do work and clock in, clock out trying to keep up with the jonses. And that’s a valid option, there’s something to be said for being non judging. That also goes if someone’s a bit shady, maybe they are up to no good. If they have some kind of awareness you’re lacking all that means is sit down and listen. Most people are willing to show people the way, so try to be a non judging ear and just lay back and let the process go on.
Take it on impulse a bit
There’s something called “low-inhib”, short for low inhibitioned, which means you take things on impulse. Which don’t mean you have to be completely mad, there’s areas you need to stay in control. Regardless, acting on impulse don’t always have to be bad, and ultimately you know which impulse is safe to follow. Don’t be the raging maniac, but not the obsessive control freak either. I find it’s better to stay open to what’s happening so you can make a bit more in a natural flow. There’s a lot of arguments for that approach. It doesn’t have to be scary, you just losen those inhibitions and then let the moment come to you. That’s all it really is.
Keep going and stay positive, just not delusional
